Full-Time Seasonal Sales Associate
John Derian Company is seeking to expand its retail team in New York City as we approach the busy holiday season. This full-time, seasonal position is ideal for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. We are looking for someone who works well as part of a team, takes initiative, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
This position will begin in September and run through the end of January
Please note, this is a full-time position. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Weekend availability is required.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Shopify is preferred.
- Knowledge of or an interest in art, antiques, and interior design is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
